October 28th, 2021 11:00AM PT / 2:00PM ET

Join Shawn Hewat, Co-founder & CEO of Wavy, a culture management platform that is helping teams create amazing culture, wherever their people are located.

Shawn will discuss what it means to create flexible experiences for teams across your entire organization, how to measure their success, and how to connect your team-building efforts to the pillars of your culture, whether those are your values, DE&I initiatives, perks, wellness programs, or benefits. We will be going beyond the “Holiday Party” to better understand what truly equates to a great employee experience. That doesn’t always have to be remote or in-person but is something flexible and inclusive of everyone on your team.
