Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety and has years of health and safety experience in industries like utilities, tunnelling, and residential construction. She later earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion, with additional training in Mental Health First Aid and Workplace Inclusivity.
Now a National Workplace Mental Health Trainer with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Alexandra helps organizations foster psychologically safe cultures and empowers employees to manage their mental health and wellbeing every day.
