How do you create great managers?

That’s a question many People Leaders have been asking themselves over the past few years.

Due to high turnovers, layoffs and other challenges, many companies now have large numbers of first-time managers charged with leading their teams. Even existing managers have often not received much in the way of training and preparation for their roles.

In this webinar, our Head of People Noah Warder is joined by Elevate Leadership Founder Lindsey Nehls to explore how People Leaders can take a more intentional approach to empower their managers to succeed, manage according to their company’s values, and build trust with their employees.
