Recognition Renaissance: How to optimize your recognition program with manager support

October 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM PDT / 2:00 PM EDT

The buy-in of your managers and executives is arguably the most crucial component of a successful recognition program. If your leaders don’t believe in your program, your employees won’t either, and it won’t become part of your culture.

Join Guusto’s Head of People Noah Warder and LifeLabs Learning’s Head of Facilitation McKendree Hickory as they discuss tactical ways to turn your leaders into advocates for recognition through education, training, and support.

They’ll dive into:

  • The benefits of recognition for engagement and retention
  • How to equip managers with the behaviors that fuel your recognition program
  • Strategies to get buy-in and turn others into advocates for this (and any other) program
  • Tactical tips for designing a recognition program that sticks

.
