Alysha is currently a Board Member of the charity Tech Spark Canada in Ontario, where she has served for four years. In 2022, she was awarded IAOTP DEI Leader of the Year in addition to becoming an Amazon Best Selling Author of the anthropology "Building Beyond the 9-5: Inspirational Lessons from Successful Black Women."

Her passion for the industry is what led her to start CultureShift HR. Alysha uses her business acumen to help companies utilize and engage their best talent while creating purposeful, diverse, and inclusive work environments that help businesses grow and thrive.
