Mike Evers is a seasoned executive who’s incredibly passionate about organizational strategy, design, and effectiveness. Mike previously served as the Practice Leader for a human capital advisory firm working with startups, scaleups, and the likes of Royal Caribbean, Eataly, Diego, Red Bull, and Estee Lauder. He then went on to lead global product and go-to-market initiatives for a verticalized end-to-end workforce management software platform yielding subscription revenue exceeding $100m.
 
In 2022, Mike joined the founding team at Nebula.io, a machine learning company applying proprietary deep tech to the HR function. He serves as the company's Chief Strategy Officer leading corporate strategy; encompassing product, partnerships, go-to-market, and talent acquisition.
 

Co-founder & CEO - Guusto
 
Alongside his childhood friend Joe Facciolo, Skai co-founded Guusto in 2013 as a consumer app for sending drinks to friends or clients. After realizing its potential to shape positive company cultures, they worked to develop it into one of the highest-rated employee recognition software options on the market.
