Meet the Panelists
Amanda Bell is the Head of Talent at Retool, a fast-growing startup changing the way internal software is built. Previous to Retool she worked as a technical university recruiter as well as a recruiting director and helped grow small(er) teams into bigger, more efficient organizations. She also helps build internal recruiting teams that focus on providing excellent candidate experiences to hire outstanding candidates. Outside of the office, she loves to write non-fiction essays, reading, and helping friends with their career choices and development. You can also find her on her bike in the East Bay hills or petting dogs outside of coffee shops.
