Brooke Graham
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant - Diversio
Brooke Graham uses she/her/hers pronouns and is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant at Diversio. With a deep passion and involvement in data-driven change, Brooke leads Diversio’s consulting and training practice, supporting various organizations’ DEI journeys across multiple industries.
Previous to her consulting work at Diversio, Brooke played a vital role in the strategy development and program delivery for the Federal Indian Day School Class Action Community Support Program and the National Sixties Scoop Healing Foundation Survivor Engagement Project. She is humbled that this life-changing work has resulted in reaching over 35 communities and supporting over 1250 Indian Day School survivors and was awarded the International Association of Public Participation’s 2021 International Project of the Year & Award for Indigenous Engagement for her work with the National Sixties Scoop Healing Foundation. In addition, Brooke has developed and facilitated DEI trainings and conversations for multiple organizations as well as industry bodies such as the Human Resources Professionals Association.
