Today’s employees want more than tasks and targets they want to feel like their work matters. As a manager, you’re in a powerful position to make that happen.
Whether it’s recognizing someone’s effort or creating opportunities to give back, small actions can have a big impact on how people feel about their work. Especially when those actions are tied to something meaningful.
In this webinar, join Guusto and OneDrop [a global non-profit working to ensure access to safe water] for a conversation about how purpose and recognition go hand in hand — and why they’re key to building more engaged, motivated teams.
You’ll learn:
- How to connect day-to-day work with a greater sense of purpose
- Simple, authentic ways to recognize your team and boost morale
- Why giving back helps teams feel more connected — to each other and their impact
- How to create a culture where people feel proud of the work they do
Join us ahead of Giving Tuesday to explore how a more meaningful workplace starts with small, intentional moments.
